Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, in Winona Garden of Memory Cemetery for Bruce Steven Mitchell, 62, of Winona, who died on Tuesday, Jan 2, at his residence. Bruce was laid to rest next to his mother and father. The Rev. Jay Anderson officiated. Visitation was held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan.
