Heavy rains, severe weather from Ida eyes Grenada County

The Grenada County Emergency Management Agency is warning citizen to use caution as remnants of Hurricane Ida are expected to pass through Grenada County beginning tomorrow, Monday, Aug. 30.

EMA Director Trebia Rodgers said what is left of Hurricane Ida when it arrives in North Mississippi will hit Grenada County.

According to Grenada County Circuit Clerk Michele Redditt–Garcia, Dr. David Braswell has returned qualifying papers to run in the Nov. 2 election.
