With temperatures expected to hover in the mid-20s throughout the day on Tuesday, Jan. 16, and dip to single digits tonight, business and school closures for Wednesday, Jan. 17, are beginning to be announced due to concerns that roads and bridges will remain iced over or will refreeze.
