Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, at New Hope Methodist Church in Winona for Mr. Richie Andrew Scruggs, 65, of Winona, who died on Monday, Feb. 24, at his residence. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery in Winona. The Rev. Bob Cannizzaro officiated. Visitation was held from 9 a.m.
