Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, 2025, in Woodlawn Memorial Park for Mr. Dale Grisham Arnold, 73, of Grenada, who died on Tuesday, Feb. 25, in Grenada. The Rev. Eugene Heimbach officiated.
Dale was born on Nov. 2, 1951, in Charleston, the son of the late John Wesley Sr. and the late Neva Grisham Arnold. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Delta State University. He worked alongside his family for many years at Arnold’s Furniture. In years past, Dale was a popular DJ on the Radio Station WNAG in Grenada. Dale was also a gifted artist, being able to bring out the greatest details in the things he would draw. He also loved good food and particularly enjoyed a potluck meal at church where he could sample a large variety of delicacies.
Dale will long be remembered for his magnetic personality and his gift of being able to talk to anyone — about anything. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include, his sister, Judy Arnold Lambert of Grenada; brothers, Wesley Arnold (Glenda) of Ellisville and Laban Arnold of Oakland; nieces and nephews, John Rotenberry, Tara Rotenberry, Leslie Arnold and Todd Arnold (Alex) and great nieces, Lila Arnold and Collier Arnold.
