A Kilmichael man and a Duck Hill woman appeared in Justice Court on Tuesday, March 14 for their secondary and initial hearings respectively.

The Kilmichael man, Patrick Christy, returned to court after the previously reported initial hearing regarding charges filed against him by a neighbor, Jason Rosen.

Duck Hill’s recently repaved Lawrence Street is soon to be smooth no longer.

“I wish I had some good news,” City Engineer Joe Sutherland said in a Board of Aldermen meeting in January, “But the frost during the Christmas and New Year caused some leaks under the pavement.”
