A group of business owners and operators are encouraging Grenada businesses to hang a white ribbon as a show of respect and sympathy for the family of William “Will” Hartley, who died last weekend.
The 2022 Kirk Academy graduate was described by his classmates as a bright light and one who was never without a smile.
