Not all festivals are rays of sunshine. Despite the rain, the city’s largest festival, Downtown Jubilee was a complete success, according to organizers.
Johnnie Reed, pastor of The Covenant House Word of Faith Ministries, opened up the Sept. 10 festival with a word of prayer followed by Hannah Palazolla singing the National Anthem.
