The docket at the Grenada County Jail shows the following arrests from Monday, Aug. 14, through Friday, Aug. 18. An arrest does not mean the accused is guilty. U.S. citizens are presumed innocent until proved guilty in court.

The Grenada Star publishes all arrests listed on the docket without exception.

Average gasoline prices in Mississippi have risen 0.4 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.29/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 2,014 stations in Mississippi. Prices in Mississippi are 26.3 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 10.7 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
