Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Bethlehem Methodist Church in Kilmichael for Miss Gladys Ruth Shaffer, 95, of the Bethlehem Community, who died on Saturday, April 20, in Vaiden. Burial followed in Bethlehem Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Janie Mortimer and the Rev. Neville Vanderburg officiated.
