TO: AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO OWN OR CLAIM ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST
IN OR TO THE PROPERTY TO THE DECEDENT, OR WHO ASSERTS TO BE HEIRS AT LAW OF THE DECEDENT
That Decedent departed this life on or about the 28th day of January, 2026, while an adult resident citizen of Grenada County, Mississippi;
That Decedent’s sole heir at law is: Tina Ann Carroll; but, that the certain “Last Will and Testament” dated the 24th day of January, 2020, which is filed of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Grenada County, Mississippi is the true and lawful Last Will and Testament of the Decedent; and, that said “Last Will and Testament” supersedes the laws of descent and distribution; and,
That no person or persons own any right, title, or interest in or to the property of the Decedent except as set forth in said “Last Will and Testament”; or,
Such other action thereupon as the Court finds proper from the evidence upon this cause coming on to be heard.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m., on the 11th day of May, 2026, in the courtroom of the Montgomery County Courthouse at Winona, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
