The family will hold a private graveside gathering at a later date for Phillis Deloach, 88, of Grenada, who died on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, at her residence. She will be buried alongside her husband, Doyle, in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Carroll County.
Mrs. Deloach was born on Nov. 15, 1936, in Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Ancel and the late Minnie Buckner Stegall and raised in the White Lake area. She was one of seven including, Pat, Harriet, Gladys, Clara, Bill “Edgar” and Jack.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Doyle Deloach, preceded Mrs. Deloach in death.
Survivors include, her son, Harlan Kinder; daughter, Patty; grandchildren; great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
