Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023, at New Hope United Methodist Church in Winona for Mrs. Rhonda Flint Shelton, 59, of Winona, who died on Thursday, June 22, in Jackson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Bob Cannizzaro will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time on Monday, June 26, at the church.
Mrs. Shelton was born on Aug. 30, 1963, the daughter of the late Roy Milton and the late Darthey Pearline Woods Flint. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, one sister, Wanda Joy Flint, preceded Mrs. Shelton in death.
Survivors include, her husband, Robert Shelton Jr. of Winona; her son, Flint Trusty of Winona; her stepdaughter, Robyn Dixon (Jason) of Brandon; three sisters, Linda Seawright, Sandy Melton and Gail Trusty, all of Grenada; three grandsons and two great grandchildren.
