Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at Womble Funeral Home in Charleston for Marilyn Diane Ross, 70, who died on Sunday, Jan. 7, in Oxford. The Rev. Shelly Scallions officiated. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service on Thursday, Jan. 11, at Womble Funeral Home.
Diane was born on July 31, 1953, the daughter of the late Marion Thomas Williams and Annie Francine Rideout.
Survivors include, her husband, Stanley Ross; two sons, Stanley Davlyn Ross (Beth) of Scobey and Jeremy Nathan Ross (Christina) of Maurice, La.; sister, Joy Blaylock (Ronnie) of Scobey, and seven grandchildren.
