Burial will follow in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Bruce. The Rev. Tim McCaffrey will officiate.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Charity Baptist Church for William Dearman Futhey Sr., 80, of Pontotoc, who died on Thursday, June 9, in Pontotoc. Burial followed in Charity Cemetery. Bro. Kevin Merritt officiated. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services on Saturday, June 11, at the church.
