A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date for Tabbie Ramage Williams, 52, of Winona, who died on Saturday, July 9, in Jackson.
Ms. Williams was born on Nov. 15, 1969, in Vardaman, the daughter of George and Annette Ross Ramage. She was a member of Scotland Baptist Church in Winona.
