A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at Forest Hill Funeral Home — East in Memphis, Tenn., for William Paul Manscoe III, affectionately known as Bill, who died peacefully on Tuesday, Sept. 2. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until service time on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the funeral home.
Bill was born on June 8, 1952, in Grenada, the son of the late William Paul Manscoe Jr. and the late Ann Hammett Manscoe. He was an avid reader, full of wisdom and deeply respected by all who knew him. He was well known in the car business, having held many roles throughout his long and successful career. For many years, he was a proud member of the award-winning barbecue team, the Parrothead Porkers.
Survivors include, his loving wife of nearly 25 years, Sarah Simmons Manscoe; his son, Ryan Manscoe (Ashlei); his four cherished grandchildren, Ainslee, Careese, Paislee and Kolton; his sister, Ann Fretz (Larry), and his brother, Rick Manscoe (Debbie).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Parks Chapel Methodist Church, Att: Kay Pickett, 12140 S. Main, Somerville, TN 38068.
