Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Winona for Mrs. Byrd Julian Hicks Halfacre, 85, of Winona, who died on Wednesday, Oct. 22, in Vaiden. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery. Mrs. Linda Halfacre Weir and the Rev. Jay Anderson officiated. Visitation was held from noon until 1:45 p.m.
