Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022, at Goodman United Methodist Church for Mr. John Agie Killebrew, 95, of Winona, who died on Wednesday, Nov. 23, in Tupelo. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Goodman. The Rev. Ed McDaniel will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m.

Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery near Holcomb. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service on Monday, Nov.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District announces that Grenada Lake is seeking volunteers for its annual Fish Habitat Day on Dec. 3 at 7:30 a.m.

Volunteers will construct and place fish shelters using wooden stakes which help provide bedding and cover for fish.
