Kirk loses soccer match

The Kirk Academy Raiders boys soccer team closed out its home schedule with a match last Monday night at Raider Field against the Greenville St. Joseph Fighting Irish. Kirk trailed 2-0 at halftime and lost a 4-1 decision.

Jace West had the lone goal for the Raiders in the contest.

GHS basketball games canceled; Senior Night activities continue

District 1 Tourney at Kirk Academy postponed again

For the second time this week, the Class AAAA, District 1 Tournament has fallen victim to the winter weather and games rescheduled.

The six-team tournament will now begin at 4 p.m. Friday followed by four games Saturday. Action concludes Monday with two consolation games followed by two championship contests.
