You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Bruce A. Thornton, Petitioner, seeking to confirm title to the following property, to wit:
TRACT 1:
A parcel of land situated in Grenada County, Mississippi, described as follows:
Commencing at the NE Corner of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 6 East, run thence West 175 feet, more or less, to the East line of the blacktop road; thence run South 135 feet, more or less, to the South line of a sand road; thence run East, along the South side of said sand road, 93 feet, more or less, to the NE Corner of the lot owned by Johnny Cochran, which latter point is the Point of Beginning of the land herein and hereby conveyed; thence run South along the East line of the Cochran land 218.5 feet, more or less, to an iron stake at the SE Corner of said Cochran land, being the SW Corner of the property herein conveyed; run thence East 93.3 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Section 12; thence run North along said Section line 218 feet, more or less, to the South line of said Sand Road; thence Westerly along the South line of said Sand Road 93.5 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning; intending to describe and convey Lot No. Lin Patient Hill Subdivision, as said lot appears designated on a plat of said Subdivision which has not been recorded. Note. The plat for the subdivision was never recorded, so Lot references are only that and do not describe anything in and of themselves.

TRACT 2:
A parcel of land situated in Grenada County, Mississippi, described as follows:
Commencing at the NE Corner of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 6 East, run West 175 feet, more or less, to the East line of the blacktop road; thence run South 135 feet, more or less, to the South line of Sand Road road; thence run East along the South side of said Sand Road 93 feet, more or less, to the NE Corner of the lot owned by Johnny Cochran; thence run South along the East line of the Cochran land 218.5 feet, more or less, to an iron stake at the SE Corner of said Cochran land; run East 93.3 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Section 12 which latter point is the SE Corner of the property owned by Earl Robins, and which said point is the Point of Beginning of the property herein conveyed; from said beginning point run South along the East line of said Section 12 a distance of 200 feet: thence run West 200.5 feet, more or less, to a point in the East line of said black top road; thence run northerly, along the East line of said blacktop road to the SW Corner of the Cochran property; thence run Easterly, along the South line of said Cochran land and the land now owned by the said Earl Robins 187 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.

TRACT 3:
A parcel of land situated in Grenada County, Mississippi, described as follows:
Commencing at the NE Corner of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 6 East, thence run West 175 feet, more or less, to the East line of the black top road; thence run South 135 feet, more or less, to the South line of Sand Road, which latter point is the Point of Beginning of the property hereby conveyed; from said beginning point run thence Southerly along the east line of said black top road 200 feet, more or less, to an iron stake; thence run East 93.5 feet; thence run North 218.5 feet to the South line of said Sand Road; thence run westerly along the South line of said road to the Point of Beginning, intending to describe and convey Lot No. 2, in Patient Hill Subdivision, as said lot appears designated on an unrecorded plat of said subdivision.
Note. The plat for the subdivision was never recorded, so Lot references are only that and do not describe anything in and of themselves.

A parcel of land situated in Grenada County, Mississippi, described as follows:
Commence at the NE Corner of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 6 East, Grenada County, Mississippi, and run thence West 175 feet, more or less, to the East line of a black top road known as Gore Springs - Gum Crossing Road; thence run South along the East line of said Gore Springs - Gum Crossing Road 135 feet, more or less, to the South line of Sand Road; thence run East 225 feet, more or less, to the East section line of said Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 6 East; thence run North along the East section line of said Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 6 East to the NE Corner of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 6 East, Grenada County, Mississippi, the Point of Beginning of the lot herein described and conveyed.

and for a Declaratory Judgment to remove a restrictive covenant affecting part of the
aforesaid property.
Defendants other than you in this action are unknown to the Petitioner.
