TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF JOHN THOMAS MCREE, DECEASED.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court seeking a determination of the heirs at law of JOHN THOMAS MCREE, Deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against a Petition to Determine Heirs-at-Law of JOHN THOMAS MCREE, deceased, in this action at 9:00 a.m. o’clock a.m. on the 29TH day of April 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom in the Grenada County Courthouse, to show cause, if any you show why, JESSICA MCREE EDWARDS, should not be declared the sole heirs-at-law of JOHN THOMAS MCREE, deceased, pursuant to Sections 91-1-27 of the Mississippi Code, and why such other relief as prayed for should not be granted. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a Decree or Order will be entered against you finding the above-named persons to be the sole heirs at law of JOHN THOMAS MCREE, deceased.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
