You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for Determination of Heirs, filed in this Court by the Administratrix, seeking Determination of Heirs of Ernie Skelton.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs of Ernie Skelton on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of Grenada County Courthouse in Grenada, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
