You have been made a Defendant in this suit filed in this Court by Willie Marie Wiggins, Petitioner, seeking to have WILLIE MARIE WIGGINS, ALIYHA M. BULLINS, KEISH ANTHONY a.k.a. KESHIA ANTHONY, GREG ANTHONY a.k.a. GREGORY ANTHONY, JAMARK ANTHONY a.k.a. JAMALRICK ANTHONY, MARCUS ANTHONY, TWANDA ANTHONY-BENNETT and AKEMNY ANTHONY a.k.a. AKEEM ANTHONY established as the sole heirs-at-law of Garnett Lee Wiggins, Deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Adjudication of the Heirs-at-Law of Garnett Lee Wiggins, Deceased, filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd, day of March, 2025, in the courtroom of the Grenada County Chancery Courthouse at Grenada, Mississippi, before the Honorable Vicki Daniels and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition, thereby barring the claims of any other relatives of the decedent.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but may do so if you desire.
