You have been made a respondent in the Petition for Adoption filed in this Court by Laura Ford and Tracy Ford.
You are summoned to appear, and answer said Petition for Adoption at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of March, 2026, in the Chancery Court of DeSoto County, 2535 Highway 51 South, Hernando, Mississippi 38632.
No answer is required in this matter; however, you may mail, or hand deliver a written response to the petition filed in this action to Taylor H. Webb, Tollison & Webb, P.A., 103 N. Lamar Blvd., Ste. 201, Post Office Box 1216, Oxford, MS 38655.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 18th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION WILL BE GRANTED TO MOVE FORWARD.
