You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 am on the 24th day of March, 2026, in the courtroom of the Grenada County Courthouse in Grenada, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE FIRST DATE OF THE PUBLICATIONS OF THE SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT OF THE DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION.
