TO: All Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Earl Sipp, Jr., Deceased Intestate, whose names, post office and street addresses are unknown to Petitioner after diligent search and inquiry
You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Tredell Sipp, Petitioner, seeking determination of the heirs of Earl Sipp, Jr., Deceased Intestate.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of January, 2026, in the courtroom of the Desoto County Courthouse in Hernando, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but may do so if you desire.
