You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Michael Cummings, Hezzie Lee McCaleb, Helen Trussell Wright and Rodney Trussell, II, Petitioners, seeking a determination of the heirs of Tyree Trussell, Deceased, Ruth Trussell, Deceased, Louise Trussell Lewis, Deceased, Eddie Lewis, Deceased, Patricia Lewis, Deceased, M.L. Trussell, Deceased, Robert Trussell, Deceased, Dollie Mae Trussell McCaleb, Deceased, Rosie Trussell, Deceased, Dewayne Brown, Deceased, Ben Trussell, Deceased, Barbara Trussell, Deceased, Rodney Trussell, Sr., Deceased, and for title in the following described property to be quieted and confirmed, to wit:
Lot No. 40 of the W.B. Hoffa subdivision for colored people in the East Ward of said city of Grenada, Miss., as plat of said subdivision appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said county and state.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of December, 2025, in the courtroom of the Yalobusha County Courthouse in Water Valley, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but may do so if you desire.
