Herein, whose names, post offices and street address are unknown to Petitioners after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by BEVERLY ROBINSON, Petitioner, seeking quiet and confirm title to the real property generally described as follows:
A lot situated in the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 29 Township 22 North, Range 5 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a stake at the Southeast corner of the lot conveyed to Carrie Dunn on March 20, 1944, on the East and West Center line of said Section 29, and running thence East along said line 104.5 feet, to the Southwest corner of a lot conveyed Willie Purnell on March 20, 1944; thence running North 209 feet; thence run West 104.5 feet; thence run South 209 feet, to the point of beginning.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed against you in this action to Ashley N. ON THE 3RD DAY OF NOVEMBER AT THE GRENADA COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN GRENADA, MISSISSIPPI. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED OR IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR, A JUDGMENT OF DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION.
