TO: The unknown Respondents/Defendants consisting of any and all unknown heirs at law, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, or statutory wrongful death beneficiaries of the Estate of Jennifer Simpson Campbell, any and all persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Jennifer Simpson Campbell all of whose names and last known post office box and street addresses remain unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made an interested party in the Petition to Establish Heirs at Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Jennifer Simpson Campbell, Deceased under §11-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, seeking the determination Heirs at Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of the Jennifer Simpson Campbell.
You are required to appear and defend before this Court against said Petition to Establish Heirs at Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries Heirs at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th of October 2025, in the courtroom of the Montgomery Chancery Court, 614 Summit Street, Winona, Mississippi 38901.
