You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Corey Barrett Hyer and Tine Elise Hyer, Petitioners, seeking to confirm title to the following property, to wit:
Tract 1: 022-03-005.00
The SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 3, Township 22 North, Range 3 East, Grenada County, Mississippi, being 40 acres, more or less.
Reference Deed Book 299, page 145.
Tract 2: Parcels 022-03-004.00 and 022-03-004.01
The NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 3 East, Grenada County, Mississippi.
Reference Deed Book 323, page 553.
And part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 3 East, Grenada County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a set iron pin on the Southerly right-of-way of Old Highway 35, said point being 3857.20 feet North and 2055.03 feet West of the SE Corner of said Section 3; proceed thence away from said right-of-way South 68 degrees 57 minutes 32 seconds West 618.11 feet
to a set iron pin as witness; thence South 68 degrees 57 minutes 32 seconds West 22.93 feet to a point on an old fence line; thence along said fence line North 03 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds East 76.23 feet to a fence corner, thence North 04 degrees 43 minutes 59 seconds West along said fence line 354. 77 feet to a fence corner, thence North 01 degree 03 minutes 59 seconds West along said fence 235.46 feet to a found iron pin at a fence corner, thence North 06 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds East 35.01 feet to a point on the South right-of-way of Old Highway 35; thence South 53 degrees 01 minute 13 seconds East along said right-of· way 780.88 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.0 acres, more or less.

Beginning at a fence corner at a 30 inch oak tree, said point being 2842.50 feet North and 2686.90 feet West of the SE Corner of said Section 3; proceed thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West 1318. 71 feet to a set iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 55 minute 50 seconds West 326.94 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 45 seconds West 981.02 feet to a found iron pin; thence North 77 degrees 34 minutes 04 seconds East 2724.11 feet to a point on a fence line; thence along said fence South 03 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds West 585.51 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 17.65 acres, more or less.

Beginning at a set 1/2 inch iron bar located 1547.00 feet North and 73.3 feet East of a found 1/2 inch iron bar at the SW Corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 3; proceed thence North 05 degrees 13 minutes 38 seconds East 307.95 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron bar; thence North 66 degrees 07 minutes 16 seconds East 389.42 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron bar on the West right·of·way of Old Highway 35; thence along said right-of-way South 31 degrees 10 minutes 32 seconds East 58.61 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron bar; thence away from said right·of·way South 65 degrees 27 minutes 57 seconds West 32.72 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron bar; thence South 02 degrees 29 minutes 25 seconds East 264.69 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron bar; thence South 71 degrees 02 minutes 11 seconds West 418.95 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2. 73 acres, more or less.

Intending to convey all of the real property of Kenneth G. Minyard, Jr., wherever located and however described.
Tract 3: Parcel No. 022 03 004.02
All of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 3 East, Grenada County, Mississippi. The total of all land conveyed herein being 40 acres.
Intending to describe Grenada County Parcel No. 022 03 004.02, whether correctly described or not.
Defendants other than you in this action are unknown to the Petitioners.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed against you in this action to R.
