TO: ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO OWN OR CLAIM ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN OR TO THE PROPERTY TO THE DECEDENT, OR \VHO ASSERTS TO BE HEIRS AT LAW OF THE DECEDENT
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this County by Bethany Williamson, Administratrix, as Plaintiff, seeking:
An adjudication that Gary Lloyd Geeslin, decedent departed this life on or about the 3rd day of August, 2020, in Tupelo, Mississippi;
That decedent died intestate, while being an adult resident citizen of Grenada County, Mississippi;
That decedent left as his sole heirs at law the following, and only the following persons: Oliva Geeslin and Lisa Geeslin Perry, deceased (Lisa Geeslin Perry’s heirs are Phillip Cross, Bethany Williamson, and Dylan Williamson);
That no other person or persons other than those mentioned by specific name owns any right, title, or interest to the property of the decedent; or,
Such other disposition of the preceding issues as shown proper upon hearing of the issues by the court.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 O’clock A.M. on the 29th day of April, 2025, in the courtroom of the Desoto County Courthouse at Hernando, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
