You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Grenada Realty, LLC, Petitioner, seeking to confirm title to the following property, to wit:
Beginning at a found 1 inch pipe marking the Southeast Corner of the West ½ of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, Grenada County, Mississippi; thence S 88° 58’ 46” E a distance of 679.43’ to a found iron pipe; thence South a distance of 330.00’ to a set iron pin; thence West a distance of 1349.94’ to a set iron pin in a fence line; thence N 01° 09’ 04” E along a fence line a distance of 1616.74’ to a found iron pipe on the south right-of-way for Holcomb Sweethome Road; thence N 89° 52’ 13” E along said right-of-way a distance of 658.02’ to a found iron pipe; thence S 00° 53’ 34” W a distance of 1275.96’ to a found iron pipe, which is the point of beginning.
All being 29.8 acres in the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, Grenada County, Mississippi.
Intending to describe Grenada County, Mississippi Parcel No. 099 30 008.00, whether correctly described or not.
Defendants other than you in this action are unknown to the Petitioner.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed against you in this action to R. Adam Kirk, Attorney for Petitioner, whose post office address is: Post Office Box 1069, Grenada, Mississippi 38902, and whose street address is 1320A Sunset Drive, Grenada, Mississippi 38901.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 11TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2024, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION.
You must also file the original of your Response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
