WHEREAS, on September 8, 2008, Emma Estelle Clardy executed a Deed of Trust to Paradise Settlement Services, Trustee for the benefit of World Alliance Financial Corp., which is recorded in Book 2008 at Page 9691 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Grenada County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was last assigned to Secretary of Housing and Urban Development by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 2018 at Page 6852; and
WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under the Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell the property in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney’s fees, Substituted Trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale.
