NOTICE TO DEFENDANT(S)
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Petitioner Joanne Sanders, individually and as Administratrix seeking a Determination of Heirs at Law for William Sanders, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition of the Determination of Heirs at 9:00 am on the 2nd day of March, 2026 in the courtroom of the Honorable Vicki Daniels at the Grenada County Courthouse in Grenada, MS and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
