WHEREAS, on February 8, 2013, Bonita Hilda Ryals, an unmarried woman executed a certain deed of trust to Denise McLaurin, Trustee for the benefit of Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Grenada County, State of Mississippi in Book 2013 at Page 1506; and
