Funeral services were held at noon on Friday, Feb. 24, 2023, at Kilmichael Baptist Church in Kilmichael for William Dennis Keenum, 61, of Winona, who died on Monday, Feb. 20, in Jackson. Burial followed in Bethel Cemetery near Kilmichael. The Rev. Don Smith officiated, assisted by the Rev. Dale Sorgen. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday, Feb. 24, at the church.
Mr. Keenum was born on Oct. 22, 1961, in Wynne, Ark., the son of William A. and Joann Whitlock Keenum. He was a member of Kilmichael Baptist Church.
His father preceded Mr. Keenum in death.
Survivors include, his loving wife, Pammie Dees Keenum of Winona; his mother, Joann Whitlock Keenum of Starkville; sister, Vickie Sharp (Greg) of Starkville; brother, Randy Keenum (Julie) of Kilmichael and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
