A memorial service was held at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023, at Oliver Funeral Home in Winona for Tonya Rochelle Mullins, 49, of Carrollton, who died on Wednesday, May 10, at her residence. The Rev. Lanny Haley officiated. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service time on Monday, May 15, at the funeral home.
Ms. Mullins was born on Dec. 30, 1973. She worked as a registered nurse and was a member of Carrollton Baptist Church in Carrollton.
Survivors include, her parents, S.H. “Buster” Mullins Jr. and Patricia Mullins of Carrollton; brother, Trey Mullins of Carrollton; niece, Katherine Mullins, and her beloved fur babies, Dutton, Remi and Noah.
