Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in Oddfellows Cemetery in Grenada for Ms. Dorothy Medora “Dot” Taylor Evans, 94, of Grenada, who died on Saturday, May 4, in Vicksburg.
Dot was born on Dec. 4, 1929, in Grenada, the daughter of the late John Waring and the late Willie Aleta Taylor. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Grenada. Dot was a wonderful homemaker, an avid bridge player and loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include, her daughter, Cathy Cutrone Lusaitis of Virginia Beach, Va.; sons, Rett Evans (Deloris) of Vicksburg and Waring Evans of Madison; four grandchildren, Grace Evans, Audie Evans, Jordan Dorbeck and Drake Dorbeck and three great grandchildren.
