Graveside services were held on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, in Bethel Cemetery near Enid for David Hershel Scoggins, 65, of Enid, who died on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, at his residence. Visitation was held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, at Womble Funeral Home in Charleston.
Mr. Scoggins was born on June 15, 1957, in Batesville, son of the late Hershel Ray Scoggins and Isabelle Howard Scoggins.
Survivors include, a brother, Donald Scoggins of Memphis, Tenn., and two sisters, Dian Vaughn of Nashville, Tenn., and Teddy Scoggins of New Mexico.
