Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023, at Pine Grove Baptist Church for Mr. Troy Harris Winters, 47, of Big Creek, who died on Friday, Jan. 27, in Jackson. Burial will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery. The family received friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday evening, Jan.
