Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2023, at Vaiden Baptist Church for Joycelyn DeSalvo Yates, 78, of Carmack, who died on Thursday, April 13, in Jackson with her daughters by her side. Burial followed in Hebron Cemetery. Pastor David Westmoreland officiated. Visitation was held from 1 p.m.
