WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Wayne Allen Stoker, Sr., deceased, were duly issued to the undersigned as Executor of the estate by the Chancery Court of Grenada County, Mississippi, on the 22nd day of January, 2025; therefore, legal notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate are required by law to have them filed, probated, and registered with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Grenada, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days’ time from the publication of this notice, and failure to file, probate and register their claims with the Clerk within the time will forever bar the claims.
