WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of James Edward Williams, deceased, were duly issued to the undersigned as Executrix of the Estate by the Chancery Court of Grenada County, Mississippi, on the 15th day of September; therefore, legal notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate are required by law to have them filed, probated, and registered with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Grenada County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, and failure to file, probate and register their claims with the Clerk within the time will forever bar the claims.
