NATIONAL SUMMARY
Storms tomorrow will continue to bring a risk for flash
flooding from California to western Texas. Thunderstorms
will also begin to spread northeastward into Oklahoma and
southern Kansas. In the Northeast, a few lake effect
showers are expected, especially in New York. Farther
south, a stalled front will kick up thunderstorms across
central and southern Florida. There will also be a few
showers across the Carolinas tomorrow. California will
continue to be warm with the southeast portion of the state
along with the Central Valley experiencing temperatures
over 90 degrees. Places in the Northeast will continue to
zee cool, fall-like conditions tomorrow.
