NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm just off the East coast will spread rain westward
from southeastern New York, into New Jersey, and
southeastern Pennsylvania, as well as Maryland, and
Virginia. Most of the rain will be light. A few showers will
extend farther south into North Carolina. There will also be
strong winds associated with this feature, and some areas
near the coast could have coastal flooding around periods of
high tide. Another storm will continue to slowly swirl
through the Rockies. This will be the cause of several
showers and thunderstorms from Montana, and Wyoming, into
North Dakota, and South Dakota, to western Minnesota. This
will expand southward through Nebraska, Colorado, and
western Kansas, into Arizona, and New Mexico. The rest of
the nation will feature largely dry weather.
