NATIONAL SUMMARY
An emerging disturbance will bring showers into southeastern
New Mexico and parts of west-central Texas tomorrow, with
steadier rain instead for eastern and southern portions of
the state. Elsewhere, a storm pushing onto the West Coast
will mean a wet day for western sections of Washington,
Oregon and even Northern California, where some mountain
snow also will develop farther inland as the day progresses.
However, high pressure will ensure dry conditions for the
rest of the West and even the northern Plains. A cold front
pressing into the Upper Midwest will deliver some snow to
far northeastern Minnesota and parts of Michigan's Upper
Peninsula. Other than that, most locations east of the
Mississippi River will be dry.
