NATIONAL SUMMARY
Beneficial rain will fall in the Florida Peninsula tomorrow,
but the rain may come at the risk of flash flooding.
Thunderstorms could produce flash flooding and damaging
winds in southern Alabama, southern Georgia and the Florida
Panhandle. Temperatures well above freezing will continue to
lead to rapid snowmelt and the potential for flooding in
North Dakota, northeastern South Dakota, northern Minnesota,
northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Warm
air will surge into the mid-Atlantic and Northeast,
challenging records in some locations. Spotty thunderstorms
can turn strong late in the afternoon from Nebraska to West
Texas. A few spotty showers can dampen coastal Southern
California.
