Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 8, 2021, in Alva-Parker Cemetery near Duck Hill for Lynda Michelle Piccolo, 49, of Batesville, who died on Saturday, May 1, in Batesville after suffering with a brain tumor for the last 10 years. Visitation was held one hour prior to services on Saturday, May 8, at the cemetery.
Michelle was born on Aug. 27, 1971, in Greenville, the daughter of Ron Piccolo and the late Linda Faye Connelly Piccolo. She grew up in Memphis, Tenn., where she graduated from Kirby High School. She had various types of employment throughout the years, but her most treasured experiences came from when she was working around live music. She was especially fond of rock music and anyone that knew her would have to agree. She was a very genuine person who knew no stranger and was never afraid to speak her mind. Michelle will be greatly missed.
Survivors include, her four children, Nicholas, Beth Leah, David and Olivia; sister, Melissa Childs and her husband, Carl; three nieces, Amber, Kayla and Carla; her father, Ron Piccolo; her grandmother, Erma Connelly; aunts, Cinda Applegate, Derenda Strong and Kaye Hood and several cousins.
