Grenada High School introduced Michael Fair as its 15th head football coach Wednesday afternoon during a press conference and reception hosted by the Grenada School District at the District office downtown.
Fair was introduced to supporters prior to meeting his new team at the school’s athletic field house.
Fair comes to Grenada after a seven-year stint at Lafayette High School in Oxford where he was 58-29. The 20-year veteran coach won state championships at Lafayette and Pillow Academy and was an assistant on a four-time Class 5A State Champion South Panola.
He takes over the program from Ashley Kuhn, who recently retired after 12 years as head coach.
